Female Illness Protection Plans

Female Illness protection is a common concern amongst women. After all, breast cancer is the most common form of cancer inflicting ladies today.

There are many insurance plans in the market that serve this niche market. Whether in the form of riders to life insurance plans (e.g. NTUC Lady Plus, Aviva Female Illness Cover, HSBC Lady FirstCare) or standalone term plans (e.g. MSIG Lady Medicare, UOI Lady CriticalCare, AIG Venus), most plans offer low amounts of sum assured protection to the insured. Typical amounts range between $30,000 – 50,000, and early cancer payouts are even lesser (in event of carcinoma-in-situ claim).

Hence, it would be good to zoom in on some noteworthy plans in the market which I share below for reference.
