FTSE and Market Fears
All is good and market sentiment is bullish everywhere.
However, (as usual) one can find lone voices expressing concern. This is one of them from ShareHunter (a UK site).
The concern is that market momentum is slowing down, yet stock prices (and the FTSE index) are climbing up. Perhaps a harbinger of stock market crash/correction? Major risks on the horizon point towards buildup of inflationary pressures (especially in China/Asia EM) and shaky Euro debt situation yet to be resolved.
Nonetheless, if the market does get ahead of itself, the 'happy mood' can last a while. Perhaps in anticipation of the local GE and Budget goodies, our Singapore market can still get a further boost!
